If you discover the baggage missing upon arrival, it is necessary to visit our Lost and Found (LF) department prior to your exit from Arrival hall of the airport.

The LF department is located in the Arrival zone of Zvartnots International Airport, in the baggage claim area opposite the conveyor belt N3.

LF tracks the lost baggage, registers damaged/pilfered baggage.

The LF department also serves as baggage storage. The storage is under control of the cameras for 24 hours.

Damaged / Pilfered baggage

If the baggage has been damaged/pilfered upon arrival, you should report it at the LF office, before leaving the arrival hall area. Our agents will make a Report which will include the description of the damage, weight and photos of the baggage and the contacts of the passenger.

At the LF office the passenger will be provided the Written Claim Form with the contacts of the airline for further procession.

If the delayed baggage is received in damaged/pilfered way after it was delivered to the passenger’s address, it is necessary to make a written note on the Protocol of Baggage Delivery about the case at the presence of the employee and contact Lost and Found office for making Written Claim.

You can also report your delayed baggage online for certain airlines. We will register your baggage claim and then you will receive a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a personal reference number. Using it you may track your delayed baggage through Baggage Tracing System (see the link below) or you can contact LF office available 24/7.

Upon arrival of your baggage, there is a delivery service, which is complimentary. Delivery service is available for certain airlines. Delivery of the bags in Yerevan will be done within 24 hours, and to the regions of Armenia - your bags will be delivered within 48 hours.

LF office at Zvartnots International Airport will be concerned with your delayed bags within 5 days, thereafter, the handling and the responsibility of searching of your missing bags pass to the Airline operating that flight.
