to Passengers from Zvartnots International Airport
The attached document establishes terms and conditions for accreditation of business entities willing to carry out deliveries of delayed baggage to passengers from Zvartnots International Airport. A written application received by “Armenia” International Airports” CJSC from business entity for participation in accreditation implies that the applicant has read, fully accepted and agreed to be bound by the following accreditation terms and conditions.
The application for the first stage of accreditation will be accepted from July 3 to July 14, 2023.

Terms and conditions of provision of ground handling services
by “Zvartnots Handling” Closed Joint Stock Company to charter flights
The attached document is the public offer for provision of ground handling services to all charter flights operated to and from Zvartnots and/or Shirak Airport, made by “Zvartnots Handling” Closed Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Handling Company”), a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, with legal domicile at Zvartnots International Airport, Yerevan 0042, Republic of Armenia.
Standard Ground Handling Agreement
Unless a carrier (hereinafter referred to as “the Carrier”) making a request for ground handling services and operating a charter flight to/from the location(s) specified herein has a written ground handling agreement signed with the Handling Company applicable to such charter flight, the foregoing public offer shall be deemed accepted by the Carrier and upon a slot confirmation by the Airport, it shall constitute a binding agreement between the Handling Company and the Carrier for the ground handling of the particular charter flight.
