11.6% increase in passenger flow, as compared to February 2018
In February of the current year, the two airports of the Republic of Armenia served 166 451 people in total, thus exceeding the indicator of the same month of 2018 by 11.6%.
As compared to February 2018, a 12.4% increase in passenger flow was observed at “Zvartnots” International Airport” of Yerevan in the 2nd month of 2019. In February 2019 Zvartnots served 156 452 passengers against 139 216 of the past February.
As for Shirak Airport of Gyumri, this February, it served 9 999 passengers, while this indicator was 9941 in February 2018. Thus there has been an increase of 0.6%

Since the beginning of the year passenger flow at the two airports of Armenia has been 378 622 people, which exceeds the indicator of the same period of the previous year by 11.9%.
In January-February 2019, at Zvartnots and Shirak airports there has also been recorded an increase of 10.6% in the number of takeoff-landings, as compared to the same period of the previous year.
